You can easily prepare a delicious “Country” salad with a poached egg at home according to my recipe. A simple vegetable salad can be made more interesting and satisfying, adding gentle poached.

- My tomatoes, cut into slices.
- Add a mix of salads.
- My radish and cut into slices.
- Bulgarian pepper, we clean the stalk, partitions and seeds, cut into strips.
- Mix everything in a salad bowl, season with sour cream and again mix.
- In boiling water add vinegar, salt. Using a spoon, do funnel and gently pour the egg into the water. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on low heat.
