  1. Put the cottage cheese (not dry) in a bowl, add salt, sugar, flour and mix well. The dough shouldn’t work out too much thick. For flavor, a pinch of vanillin can be added if desired.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan and spread the billet in portions for syrniki a tablespoon. Depending on the desired size put 1-2 tbsp.

  3. Fry flavored cheesecakes over medium heat until golden brown crust, carefully turn over with a spatula and fry on the other side.
