  1. For the dough, mix the cottage cheese, the egg, sift the flour here. Add salt, sugar to taste.
  2. From the dough, make a neat sausage, divide it into twelve pieces of balls. Roll each ball into a blink 2-3 mm thick, put jam in the center of the blink. Make pies.
  3. Heat refined vegetable oil in a pan. Quickly fry in it every pie on both sides and on each barrel. Serve hot or cold.
