Cottage cheese and yogurt cream: video recipe


A cream that is suitable for absolutely any dessert! Cake biscuit, sandy, custard cake, dessert with cookies, traiffles! Now this is one of my favorite creams.

  1. Whip cream (at least 33%) until thickened, add icing sugar and beat until density.
  2. Beat cottage cheese with yogurt with a blender until a smooth paste. Than the better you kill, the softer the cream will be.
  3. Combine the cream with the curd mass with a spatula. The cream is ready.
