  1. Mix the cottage cheese and milk well. Separate the whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the curd mass. Beat mass until homogeneity.

  4. Peel and mash bananas with mashed potatoes. Add lemon juice. Add to the dough with lemon zest.

  6. On a medium heat, heat a large frying pan (preferably cast iron), grease with ghee. Spread the dough with a spoon at a distance apart from each other. Cover and bake for about 1.5 minutes.
  7. Turn over the pancakes and fry already without a lid for about 1.5 more minutes. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate berries.
