  • 1 tbsp. beef broth
  • 5 lightly crushed cloves of garlic

  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 bay leaves

  • 2 peeled and chopped large pieces of root parsnip
  • 3 peeled and chopped carrots

Recipe preparation:

  3. In a separate frying pan over medium heat, heat 4 tbsp. l (60gr.) butter. Put onion sliced ​​in half rings and a pinch of salt. Sauté until soft, until onion begins brown for about 8-10 minutes Add the cabbage to the onion mixture and mix so that it is covered with butter. Cook on medium heat until the cabbage begins to brown.
  4. Put the meat on a cutting board and cut into slices. Serve the vegetables and meat on a serving platter, watering it with a small amount of broth.
