One of the options for cooking a delicious chicken fillet at home breaded. Someone just makes a batter, someone uses breadcrumbs, and I propose such an option. In eggs or in bran itself, you can add a set of hot spices and make bytes, similar to KFC.

  1. Cut the fillet across into pieces about 2 cm.
  2. Salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the eggs with flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Beat with a whisk or a fork until smooth.
  5. Dip each piece of fillet in batter, then in bran from all sides and steal into a preheated pan.
  6. Fry over low heat on both sides until goldenness.
