In a large bowl, mix 3 tbsp. l white wine vinegar with 1 tbsp. l water, 1 tsp honey and 0.5 tsp coarse salt. Add half finely chopped red onion and mix; to give infuse, stirring, 20 minutes. Oil 4 ears of corn with vegetable oil and fry over medium heat until grilled spots, 8 minutes. Let cool, then cut the seeds. Add them to onion with 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped avocado and 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley; mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
