This is a recipe for Lithuanian cuisine. Such noodles are cooked at home without eggs. Only colostrum and flour are required. You can use such noodles for preparing delicious soups, casseroles, sweet dishes. Cow colostrum has a unique composition and restorative properties.

  1. Pour colostrum into a large bowl. Gradually enter into colostrum flour, be sure to sift it through a sieve. Knead the cool dough. Knead very well.
  2. The dough is divided into several parts. Roll out each piece thin layer. Let it dry a little.
  3. Roll the dough into a roll. Cut the noodles with a sharp knife into thin strips. Arrange to dry on a table so that the noodles do not stuck together.
  4. Dried noodles can be stored in glassware or in a cotton bag. Boil a lot of salted water or use in soups.
