- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Boil the beets or bake until cooked.
- Peel the finished beets, rub them on a large grater.
- We put a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil, add seasoning.
- Pour grated beets with boiling water.
- Add the juice of half a lemon. Cool a little and remove fridge for about an hour.
- While the beets are cooling, we chop the radish, dill, cucumber, green onions and ham. Mix everything in a bowl.
- Arrange on plates, fill with beetroot infusion.
