  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cold borsch
  2. Boil the beets or bake until cooked.
  3. Peel the finished beets, rub them on a large grater.
  4. We put a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil, add seasoning.
  5. Pour grated beets with boiling water.
  6. Add the juice of half a lemon. Cool a little and remove fridge for about an hour.
  7. While the beets are cooling, we chop the radish, dill, cucumber, green onions and ham. Mix everything in a bowl.
  8. Arrange on plates, fill with beetroot infusion.
