  1. Veal should be cut into medium steaks, 2 thick cm.
  2. Grate meat with a mixture of sour cream and mustard and leave for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Medium-ground coffee must be mixed with ground pink pepper, fenugreek and salt.
  4. Dry the steaks with a towel, roll in breadcrumbs evenly on all sides.
  5. Pour oil into the slow cooker. Set the program Toast for 35 minutes.
  6. Put the steaks in the bowl and fry first for 5 minutes on one side, then another 5 minutes on the other. A couple more times rotate the steaks while cooking.
  7. Cook the meat before the end of the program.
