  • 2 tbsp. rice jasmine
  • 1.5 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. canned coconut milk without sugar
  • 1 tsp coarse salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Rinse the rice in cold water, drain the water. Put the rice in pan with water, coconut milk and salt. Put on strong fire and bring liquid to a boil. Shuffle, reduce fire until the weakest and tightly cover the pan with a lid. Cook in for 15 minutes Remove the pan from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes. with closed lid. Stir with a fork and serve.
