- Soak the chickpeas at night, then drain the water and boil in a clean water until tender.
- Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Pass the garlic (2 cloves) through a press or finely chop.
- Dice tomatoes.
- Fry in a deep frying pan with olive oil and fry tomatoes, garlic and onions.
- Add boiled chickpeas, a cinnamon stick and curry. Shuffle.
- Fill with water and cook for 20 minutes.
- Put rice cooked in water with coconut milk.
- Grind cilantro and garlic. Add to boiled rice, mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.
