  1. Soak the chickpeas at night, then drain the water and boil in a clean water until tender.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Pass the garlic (2 cloves) through a press or finely chop.
  4. Dice tomatoes.
  5. Fry in a deep frying pan with olive oil and fry tomatoes, garlic and onions.
  6. Add boiled chickpeas, a cinnamon stick and curry. Shuffle.
  7. Fill with water and cook for 20 minutes.
  8. Put rice cooked in water with coconut milk.
  9. Grind cilantro and garlic. Add to boiled rice, mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  10. Put rice on a plate, top with chickpea curry. Enjoy your meal!
