Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp orange peel
- 1 tbsp. whipped cream

Recipe preparation:
- Sift powdered powdered sugar into a bowl through a fine sieve cardamom and cocoa powder. Boil milk in a separate pan at medium temperature. Remove pan from stove, add mixture cocoa and mix with a whisk until smooth condition.
- Pour cocoa into 6 cups. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with lemon zest.
