Make a kebab of turkey and serve it in the style of the famous club sandwich: with bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise the sauce. It turns out not only very tasty, but also practical, because in this form, without plates and appliances, kebabs are conveniently served on a picnic. Pieces of turkey set on skewers turn into thin slices of bacon and grilled until the bacon turns into appetizing crisp, and the turkey will not fry inside. - 1 kg. boneless turkey breast and diced skin over 5 cm
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil + optional to grease grill
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 slices of bacon

- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. yogurt or kefir
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
- Halved French rolls, lettuce and halved grape tomatoes for serving

Cook kebabs:
Combine turkey, vegetable oil, lemon in a large bowl zest, paprika and 1 tsp. salt and black pepper; mix.
- Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Put pieces of turkey on six skewers 30 cm long. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around of each skewer, slightly lapped to cover the whole turkey.
- Lubricate the grill with vegetable oil. Fry the skewers turning over often until the turkey is ready and the bacon will become crispy in about 25 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare a dressing:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and parsley; salt and pepper.
- Serve kebabs on rolls with lettuce and tomatoes; pour the dressing.
Note
If you use wooden skewers, soak them first in water for at least 30 minutes so that they do not burn.
