Club Grilled Salmon Sandwiches

  • 8 leaves of red leaf lettuce
  • 12 toasted whole grain bread slices
  • 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Grated zest and 2 lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped greens of dill
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • 1 small red onion, sliced in rings
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, zest and juice 1 lime, dill and parsley. Cover and put in fridge.
