- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 avocado, cut in half, remove the pulp and finely slice
- 3 plum tomatoes sliced
- 8 leaves of red leaf lettuce
- 12 toasted whole grain bread slices
- 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Grated zest and 2 lime juice
- 2 tbsp. l chopped greens of dill
- 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
- 1 small red onion, sliced in rings
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, zest and juice 1 lime, dill and parsley. Cover and put in fridge.
- Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the formation of a crisp. Tear the slices into halves.
