  • 5 persian cucumbers
  • 1 piece (110 gr.) Feta cheese in brine

Recipe preparation:

  1. Soak red onions in a bowl of highly salted ice water for 15 minutes. At this time, in a large bowl, beat vinegar, zest and juice lemon, honey, dried oregano, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
