This recipe will appeal to those who love delicious lasagna bolognese, but prefers cooking at home in a slow cooker. The dough can be done yourself (according to the recipe for homemade noodles) and cut to size bottom of the multicooker. And to be faster, you can buy in shop ready sheets for lasagna.

- Grate the carrots. Chop onion a cube. Preheat the pan. Fry everything in vegetable oil 5 minutes to golden color.
- Add minced meat to the pan with vegetables (pork or beef – on your discretion) and tomato paste. Fry for another 5 minutes.
- Take a ladle or deep pan (preferably with a thick bottom). Melt the butter. Add milk. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly. Cook 10 minutes before thickening sauce. Add nutmeg. Mix.
- Grate the cheese.
- Pour a little sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker. Put in the sauce lasagna dough sheets. You can break the sheets to line everything bottom of the multicooker. Then lay out the layers of sauce, minced meat, cheese, again lasagna dough. Make the topmost layer from grated cheese.
- Bake lasagna in a slow cooker for 30 minutes.
