  1. Mix chilled milk with 2 eggs, salt and sugar, beat thoroughly. Add flour, stirring constantly, and knead dough. When the dough is ready, wrap it in cling film. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate container, prepare the filling: mix cottage cheese with two yolks and sour cream, add salt and sugar, mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  3. Roll the dough into a thin layer with a thickness of about 2 mm, a glass cut circles and in the center of each evenly put 1 tsp. toppings. Then fold the mugs in half and tighten the edges together.
  4. Dumplings dip in boiling salted water and cook 3-4 minutes after boiling. Put ready dumplings in a bowl and fill with oil.
  5. Serve with sour cream hot.
