Chicken broth is served as an independent dish, and it is especially useful for colds or malaise with the digestive the path. It is also used as a base for soups, sauces and for cooking home side dishes.

To make the broth tasty and not too turbid – cook with the lid ajar, avoiding strong boiling and big foam, salt at the very end.

  1. We put the chicken carcass in the pan, pour cold water, set on fire and bring to a boil.
  2. The first broth is poured into the sink. Pour into the pan with the carcass new clean water.
  3. Bring to a boil, removing the foam.
  4. Cut the peeled carrots, put in a pan with chicken. Cook 15 minutes. Then remove the carrots from the broth, while leaving pan over low heat.
  5. Put the whole onion in a pan.
  6. Cook for 1.5-2 hours on the lowest heat. Add salt. Fork or use a knife to check the readiness of the chicken.
  7. We take onion and chicken from the broth and filter it.
  8. Serve the broth, sprinkled with greens. Enjoy the transparent classic broth!
