  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. My chicken fillet, dip in a pan with cold water (approximately 1.5-2 liters). We send the pan to the fire, bring to boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the fillet for about 30 minutes.
  3. From the finished broth we get the boiled breast, cool and cut (we then add it to the finished soup when serving).
  4. We remove the stems from the sorrel, chop the greens.
  5. Heat the pan over high heat, add a slice butter and sorrel, mix everything.
  6. Cooking a couple of minutes with the lid closed.
  7. Bring the broth to a boil, add the potatoes (previously we washed it, cleaned it and cut into cubes or cubes), cook minutes 7. Add frying and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Add sorrel, chopped greens to the soup and remove from heat.
  9. Put chopped chicken fillet in plates, fill with soup and serve the finished soup with sour cream.
