  1. Remove the zest thinly from the oranges using a peeler. We don’t throw out the zest, it is still useful.
  2. We cut oranges into large pieces, about 8 parts. Be sure to remove the bones! Pour sugar, leave on 2 hours.
  3. Squeeze juice out of lemons, remove seeds, add juice to oranges.
  4. Squeezed lemons cut into small strips, put in a pan, pour 1 liter of water and put on fire. 5 minutes after boiling remove from heat and pour water. Fill with fresh water, cook until soft lemons 1-1.5 hours
  5. Strain lemon broth with oranges, add cinnamon and vanilla. Lemons can be thrown away, they are no longer needed.
  6. Put the oranges on the stove and cook over low heat for 1.5 hours. After we take out the cinnamon stick and chop the oranges by submersion a blender. Cut the orange zest into small strips and send to cook. Bring the jam to a boil again, remove from heat.
  7. We put the finished jam on sterilized jars.
