Traditional Tatar soup, hearty, protein and incredible delicious. Be sure to try it! Pea flour can be bought at store or cook yourself by loading peas in a coffee grinder or a blender and grind to flour.

- Prepare the broth in your usual way. Pull out and butcher the meat, strain the broth.
- Boil the broth and add chopped onion and finely grated carrot. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Make a mixture of eggs and pea flour. A little salt.
- Put dumplings from pea flour into boiling water: type on mix a large spoon and, dipping a teaspoon into the broth, separate small pieces. Boil the dumplings for 5 minutes.
- Add meat, finely chopped garlic to the broth, add over to taste. Let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
- Serve with greens and skewers (possible with sour cream). Have a nice appetite!
