  1. Prepare the broth in your usual way. Pull out and butcher the meat, strain the broth.
  2. Boil the broth and add chopped onion and finely grated carrot. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Make a mixture of eggs and pea flour. A little salt.
  4. Put dumplings from pea flour into boiling water: type on mix a large spoon and, dipping a teaspoon into the broth, separate small pieces. Boil the dumplings for 5 minutes.
  5. Add meat, finely chopped garlic to the broth, add over to taste. Let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with greens and skewers (possible with sour cream). Have a nice appetite!
