- 1 head of broccoli cabbage
- 1 small onion, cut into crumbs
- 1 medium red peeled potato, chopped cubes
- 1/4 Art. flour
- 3 tbsp. lightly salted chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 tsp grated fresh nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. grated very sharp cheddar
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 feathers of green onions, thinly cut into ringlets

Recipe preparation:
- Broccoli cabbage to separate the buds from the stem, small buds set aside for decoration; peel and finely chop the stem, coarsely cut the remaining buds.
