Chow mein noodles

Chow mein is a Chinese dish that went far beyond China and thanks to migrants it has become popular all over the world. It represents Asian-style stir-fried noodle vegetables in Asian spices. Cook the chow mein noodles with cabbage, carrots and onions, roasting everything with rapid stirring in a pan with peanut and sesame oil, soy sauce and broth. This is the most affordable. a variant of a dish from vegetables that are always at hand. Chop them thin long straws, so that they are approximately the same shape as noodles.   • 220 gr thin noodles lo mein
  • 1 tbsp. l peanut butter
  • 1 carrot, chopped into thin strips
  • Half a head of Beijing cabbage, finely chopped
  • Chopped onion half
  • 1/4 Art. chicken broth
  • 1/4 Art. lightly salted soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sliced green onions, for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and boil the noodles in according to the recommendation on the package. Drain and set aside. noodles to the side.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat and pour peanut butter. Add carrots, cabbage and onions and fry 1 a minute. Pour in chicken stock, soy sauce and sesame oil, then stir in the noodles. Serve with green onions and chicken breaded wings.
