  1. Chopped breast fillet or meat from turkey legs with a knife.
  2. Onion also finely chop with a knife.
  3. Combine meat with onions, add egg, flour, salt, pepper, butter, mix well.
  4. Form cutlets, roll in flour, fry well heated oil over medium heat for 4 minutes each side. Use vegetables as a side dish.
