- Peel onions, wash, cut into half rings.
- Throw 3 tablespoons of goose fat into a hot pan (can be replaced with butter), fry the onion on it on a strong fire, stirring, lay out.
- Add a spoonful of fat, toss the liver, pepper, salt, fry for ten minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
- Pour Marsala (can be replaced with any sweet dessert wine), mix, let the alcohol evaporate.
- In a blender, beat the liver with the allocated juice and onions. Spice up, salt, put in a salad bowl.
- Three boiled eggs, grate, add to liver, mix.
- Grate one egg. Pour on a paste. At serve can also be garnished with chopped parsley.
