  1. Peel onions, wash, cut into half rings.
  2. Throw 3 tablespoons of goose fat into a hot pan (can be replaced with butter), fry the onion on it on a strong fire, stirring, lay out.
  3. Add a spoonful of fat, toss the liver, pepper, salt, fry for ten minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour Marsala (can be replaced with any sweet dessert wine), mix, let the alcohol evaporate.
  5. In a blender, beat the liver with the allocated juice and onions. Spice up, salt, put in a salad bowl.
  6. Three boiled eggs, grate, add to liver, mix.
  7. Grate one egg. Pour on a paste. At serve can also be garnished with chopped parsley.
