Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Prepare a pan of size 28 x 43 cm., covered with foil and sprinkled with non-stick culinary spray.
- Lay the crackers on a baking sheet in one layer, without leaving between them empty space. Break it into pieces if necessary to close the gaps.
- Put butter and brown sugar in a small stewpan on a moderately high fire. Stir while melting oil, and bring the mixture to a boil. Gently pour boiling mixture in an even layer on crackers, trying to cover as much as possible more cookies. If there are spaces left, do not worry: in the oven iris will go.
- Bake for 5 minutes until the iris begins to bubble. Neatly remove the pan from the oven and let cool for 1 min.
- Sprinkle the hot iris with chocolate chips and leave for a minute, so that the chocolate softens and melts. Then with a knife or confectioner spatula smooth melted chocolate over surface evenly. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle it chopped peanuts.
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to make iris and chocolate froze. Then break the “bark” into uneven parts and enjoy it! Store candies in an airtight container no more weeks. Chocolate Bark Recipe with figs.
