Chocolate yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 240 gr. dark chocolate granules
  • 1.5 tbsp. milk 1%
  • 1/3 Art. cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt 2%

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the chocolate chips in a medium sized glass bowl. medium-sized saucepan mix milk, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt. Put on moderate heat. Stir constantly 5 – 7 minutes, until the cocoa dissolves and the mixture reaches boiling. Remove the pan from the stove and pour the milk mixture chocolate granules. Leave on for 5 minutes, then gently start mix with a whisk until the chocolate has completely melted. Then intervene yogurt and cool completely.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into 8 ice cream pans (approx. 1/3 tbsp. on each form) and freeze for at least 5 hours (you can store in the freezer for a month). Before serving second, put the mold under a stream of hot water and remove ice cream.
