  1. Finely chop the waffle cakes (like oatmeal grinding).
  2. We chop hazelnuts or grind in a coffee grinder, do the same as waffles.
  3. We drown milk chocolate in a water bath.
  4. Mix the melted milk chocolate, waffles, hazelnuts. It turns out a thick paste with lumps. We spread the paste in a form with sides on parchment. Remove in the refrigerator until completely frozen, about 1.5 hours.
  5. Walnut-wafer paste is frozen, we take it out of the refrigerator and proceed to the preparation of the filling. To do this, warm the cream on water bath, add 150 gr. dark chocolate and creamy oil, while continuously stirring the mass. Pour the sauce on walnut-wafer base. Again, remove to freeze in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. After two hours, take out the treat from the refrigerator, cut into rectangles using a hot knife. We drown in a water bath 150 gr. dark chocolate and glaze them candy.
  7. Again, put it in the refrigerator.
  8. After a while, as soon as the icing hardens, you can enjoy delicious walnut-wafer sweets in chocolate glaze.
