  1. In 100 ml of cold boiled water, soak gelatin for a while specified in the package instructions.
  2. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Yolks mixed with 50 g of sugar sand and heat on a fire until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Melt chocolate pieces in a water bath or microwave ovens.
  4. In a bowl, mix warm chocolate and yolks.
  5. Heat the swollen gelatin over a fire without boiling.
  6. In a mixer, whip the cream with 50 g of granulated sugar, add to them stir the chocolate mixture.
  7. Put the cooled gelatin, stir.
  8. Spread the whipped mass on portioned cookies on 2/3 of them volume, put in the refrigerator for three hours.
  9. For sauce, put cherries in a saucepan, sugar, pour 100 ml boil water, cook for another five minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Dilute starch in 100 ml of cold water.
  11. With a stream, with stirring, introduce starch into the berry, boil, remove from heat.
  12. Distribute chilled cherry sauce in a bowl, put in refrigerator for an hour.
