- Beat the egg with sugar and salt until foam appears.
- Add milk to the mixture and mix.
- Sift flour in a separate bowl, add baking powder and cocoa. I usually take Nesquik cocoa. We mix everything.
- Add the dry ingredients to the milk-egg mixture, mix.
- Add vegetable oil.
- We heat a dry frying pan with a non-stick coating on medium heat.
- Pour a little mixture into a dry pan and fry until the appearance of bubbles on low heat. Then turn over and fry for about a minute.
- Each pancake is lubricated with butter at will.
- Pour the finished pancakes with honey and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with sour cream, soft cottage cheese or jam.
