  1. Mix in a stewpan 1 tbsp. cocoa, 100 gr. sugar, 1 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp. water (or milk).
  2. We put the stewpan on a small fire, constantly stirring when sugar dissolves, add 50 gr. butter and continue interfere, you should get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Turn off the fire and let our glaze cool and thicken about 10 minutes. Decorate the pastries.
