Chocolate Chia Pudding

Simple Chocolate Pudding Made from Shredded Dark chocolate, nonfat milk, cocoa powder and a small amount agave nectar as a sweetener. All ingredients are boiled, until the chocolate has completely melted and then the pudding overnight freezes in the refrigerator. They give it additional texture chia seeds. Not only will they contrast nicely against the background velvety pudding, but also fill it with the necessary Omega 3 acids, antioxidants and dietary fiber, which are so these seeds are rich. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 and 1/4 Art. milk fat content of 2%
  • 110 gr. dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Art. cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. l agave nectar
  • 1/4 Art. chia seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized pan, mix milk, chocolate, cocoa powder, agave nectar and a pinch of salt and simmer gently low heat, constantly whipping with a whisk until the chocolate melts, and cocoa will not dissolve, 6-8 minutes. Pour into a medium bowl size.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and vanilla. Cool by stirring every 10 minutes to room temperature for 1 hour. Then cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
