Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 250 gr dark chocolate chop
  • 3/4 Art. chestnut puree
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. and 2 tbsp. l powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. fat cream (33% fat)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the chocolate in the microwave container, put in microwave and melt for 2 minutes, every 30 seconds, mix until all the chocolate has melted. Mix in food processor chestnut puree, almond extract, salt and 1 a glass of icing sugar until smooth. Shift the resulting mixture in a bowl and mix with half melted chocolate.
  2. Beat with a cream mixer and 2 tablespoons of sugar powders, until a lush mass is formed. Set aside 1/2 cup whipped cream for decoration. Stir, in parts, the remaining whipped cream into chestnut mixture. Put the resulting chocolate mousse in refrigerator for 8 hours.
  3. Put the mousse in a bowl, garnish with whipped cream and pour melted chocolate. Instead of dark chocolate, you can use white and make white chocolate mousse.
