A classic veal recipe with leek in Chinese. It is better cook this homemade dish in a wok, but if you don’t have one, don’t fearfully! Veal will still come out delicious.

- Thin the leek into thin slices.
- Peel and finely chop the ginger.
- In a wok or pan, we heat the oil. Randomly cut put the veal in a wok, add onions to it. Fry everything on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, ginger and wine to the dish. Meticulously mix everything and cook over high heat for 15 minutes until complete thickening the sauce.
- Add sesame oil to the wok, mix all the ingredients dishes. Stew the veal a couple more minutes.
