A classic veal recipe with leek in Chinese. It is better cook this homemade dish in a wok, but if you don’t have one, don’t fearfully! Veal will still come out delicious.

  1. Thin the leek into thin slices.
  2. Peel and finely chop the ginger.
  3. In a wok or pan, we heat the oil. Randomly cut put the veal in a wok, add onions to it. Fry everything on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Chinese veal
  4. Add soy sauce, ginger and wine to the dish. Meticulously mix everything and cook over high heat for 15 minutes until complete thickening the sauce.
  5. Add sesame oil to the wok, mix all the ingredients dishes. Stew the veal a couple more minutes. Chinese veal
