- 1 tbsp. l ground ginger
- 2 tbsp. panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Art. sesame seeds
- Peanut butter
- Fried sesame seeds, for serving

- 1 tbsp. l dark sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. l ginger-garlic paste (recipe see below)
- 0.5 tbsp. chicken broth
- 0.5 tbsp. lightly salted soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l orange juice
- 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar
- 4 tsp Mirina
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. l corn starch mixed with 2 tsp. water
Ginger and garlic paste
- 0.5 tbsp. garlic cloves, peeled
- 0.5 tbsp. fresh ginger broken into pieces

Recipe preparation:
