- 2 tsp soy sauce

Recipe preparation:
- Cook omelet: beat eggs with a pinch in a small bowl salt and pepper. Heat in a large pan with a thick bottom vegetable oil. Add eggs, and fry the omelet, stirring, about 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, 3 tbsp. boiled water, chives, sesame oil, soy sauce and 1.5 tsp salt. Cover, slightly opening the lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, spinach and rice to the soup, boil.
