Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fried chicken meat
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut in half and chop finely sliced
  • 4 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 1 bunch of green onions, cut into rings
  • 1 tbsp. l sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 4 tbsp. fresh young spinach
  • 1.5 tbsp. boiled rice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook omelet: beat eggs with a pinch in a small bowl salt and pepper. Heat in a large pan with a thick bottom vegetable oil. Add eggs, and fry the omelet, stirring, about 1 minute.
  2. Add tomatoes and fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, 3 tbsp. boiled water, chives, sesame oil, soy sauce and 1.5 tsp salt. Cover, slightly opening the lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken, spinach and rice to the soup, boil.
