  1. Cut Chinese cabbage, add pepper, tomatoes and avocado.
  2. Salt and pepper, pour oil.
  3. Cook poached egg (in boiling water with vinegar and salt, make funnel and pour the egg, cook for 1 minute) and add to our salad.
