- 800 g canned pureed tomato
- 450 g. Black beans, washed and dried
- 450 g Kidney Red Beans, washed and dried
- 450 g motley pinto beans, washed and dried
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 onion, diced (1 tbsp.)
- 1 red pepper, diced (1 tbsp.)
- 2 carrots, diced (1/2 tbsp.)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, remove seeds, finely chopped pepper
- 2 tsp can adobo sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large saucepan with a thick upside down. Add onions, peppers and carrots, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until vegetables soften, about 10 minutes. Add cumin and simmer, stirring, for about a minute. Dip in ground beef pan and add heat to maximum temperature. Fry the meat until it turns pink. Mix contents of a pan with tomatoes, chipotle pepper and adobo sauce, oregano, add salt, pepper to taste. Fill everything with water. Tomite over low heat with ajar lid, stirring occasionally in within 30 minutes. Add the beans and continue cooking 20 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Exit: 10 tbsp. Chili with minced pork
