Chili Stuffed Sweet Potato

  • 1/2 tbsp. pico de gallo sauce or fresh salsa (salsa recipe pico de gallo)
  • 1 bag (400 gr.) Of the prepared vegetable mixture (chopped white cabbage with carrots and onions)
  • Coarse salt
  • 3/4 Art. coarsely grated low-calorie cheddar cheese (approximately 90 gr.)
  • 2 green onion feathers, cut into thin rings

Recipe preparation:
