Tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp. tomato sauce (for thickening)
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste (for color)
  • 350 ml. dark beer
  • 1 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 2 cans (440 gr. Each) red Kidney beans with brine
  • 2 cans (440 gr. Each) pinto beans with brine
  • Double-fried fries, served, see recipe below
  • Salt crackers for serving
  • 1 bunch green onions, chop finely
  • 1 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese

  • 4 tubers of Russet potatoes (10-13 cm long)
  • 8 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 tbsp. l fine-grained sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
