Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 kg. ground beef
  • 500 g Kidney Red Beans, washed and dried
  • 500 g motley pinto beans, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 800 g canned tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. l chili ancho powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp. chili sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. Add olive oil to the roasting pan and set to medium the fire. When the oil is hot, send the beef and fry, stirring, kneading with a spatula, until brown, from 8 to 10 minutes. Add the garlic and mix, then add the tomato sauce, chili powder and chili ancho, salt and pepper to taste. Put out for minutes, then add kidney beans and pinto, as well as chili sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
