- 450 gr cooked spaghetti
- Ready Pinto Beans and Grated Cheddar Cheese, for Sprinkling
- Cracker, for serving (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil with moderately high temperature. Add onions and fry, stirring, until transparent, approximately 5 minutes Shift to dish.
