Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 slices of bacon, cut into slices
- 3 tbsp. l currants
- 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 1 head of salad chicory (endive Belgian), chop
- 1/4 Art. chopped pistachios
