Winter warming and delicious hearty soup. This soup is good with lamb, although according to this recipe, you can cook soup at home and with beef. When cooking should lay time on soaking chickpeas (four to five hours).

- Soak chickpeas in a bowl in cold water for 4–5 hours.
- In a pan of four liters, well-washed mutton boil for half an hour.
- Add soaked chickpeas, cook together for another hour.
- Remove the cooked meat, cut into small pieces and return back to the broth.
- Fry lightly in vegetable oil in a preheated pan chopped onions.
- Add peeled, finely chopped tomatoes, fry with onions.
- Add tomato paste or tomato sauce, mix well, remove from heat after two minutes.
- In a low-boiling broth add diced or potato wedges. Put salt, pepper, cook for seven minutes.
- Then add the fried onions with your teeth. Cook together another ten minutes.
- Put a sprig of thyme, let it brew for half an hour, ready soup serve with chopped herbs.
