Winter warming and delicious hearty soup. This soup is good with lamb, although according to this recipe, you can cook soup at home and with beef. When cooking should lay time on soaking chickpeas (four to five hours).

  1. Soak chickpeas in a bowl in cold water for 4–5 hours. Chickpea and Lamb Soup
