  1. Washed chicken fillet top with black pepper and dry garlic.

  2. Pour dried apricots and prunes with hot water, set aside swell for 30 minutes. Drain and dry a little. Chicken fillet cut along, but not completely, to make a pouch. Inside put a bag of prunes and dried apricots, stab with toothpicks.
  3. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown, then cover and simmer until cooked for 20-30 minutes. When filet cool, get toothpicks. Can be served portionwise to everyone a slice, and if it’s a festive table, then cut into rolls.
