  1. I cut the chicken into thin slices.
  2. I heat the oil in a frying pan and spread the chicken. Toasting meat over high heat.
  3. I cut onion and pepper in half rings. Add vegetables (freezing and fresh) to the chicken and fry some more.
  4. Add salt, spices, sour cream and some water, mix and carcass under a closed lid.
  5. I spread the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over it, cover and leave for 10 minutes (or for the time indicated on the package with noodles).
  6. I throw the finished noodles into a colander. I wash it cold water.
  7. You can serve a plate of noodles and vegetables separately, and you can put funchose to vegetables, mix and then lay out plates.
