- 2 tbsp. grilled chicken meat (about 1/2 chicken)
- 500 ml (280 gr.) Cherry tomato or grape tomatoes
- 1 and 1/4 Art. corn flakes
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. l thyme, minced, plus 3 sprigs
- 2 peeled corn cobs
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves, finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. nonfat cream
- 1 tbsp. grated hawarti cheese with dill (about 110 gr.)

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill in the oven. Crush corn flakes with your hands in a plastic bag. Transfer to a bowl and add 1 tbsp. l olive oil, lemon zest, chopped thyme, 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of ground pepper; set aside. Cut off grain from the cob. With the back of the knife, scrape off grains and corn milk.
- Heat 1 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil pan over medium heat. Add zucchini, season 1/4 tsp salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until it will not soften and begin to turn brown, from 2 to 3 min Add the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil, corn kernels, tomatoes, garlic, thyme and 1/4 tsp salts; cook occasionally stirring until corn and garlic are soft, 1 to 2 min
- Stir the cream with corn milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain low boil and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and mix with chicken, then add cheese. Cream can be replaced with milk gravy. Sprinkle with a mixture of corn cereal. Grill in the oven until golden brown from 1 to 3 min. Allow the dish to cool slightly before serving.
