  1. Wash the chicken and dry it with a paper towel. Optimal to take not a whole chicken, but chicken legs and cut them into hips and lower legs.
  2. Rub the zest of the lemon.
  3. Making a marinade, mixing olive oil with rosemary, crushed garlic through a press, grated lemon peel, salt and pepper. Pickle the chicken for about an hour at room temperature, thoroughly lubricating it with marinade on all sides.
  4. In a deep frying pan, greased with olive oil, evenly fry the pickled chicken from all sides to golden shade.
  5. Add tomato paste and dry white wine. Stew another 15 minutes over low heat.
  6. Grind the anchovies. Add chopped anchovies, capers to the chicken and olives. We mix everything. Stew for another 7 minutes.
  7. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
